All student absences need to be reported to the LCS Office either by filling out this form or by calling 916-744-1212.
Please report your child’s absence below:
Independent Study must be requested no less that 24 hours in advance. In case of emergency Independent Study must be requested by 9am. You will be contacted once the packet is ready for pick up, the following day.
If Independent Study is over 3 days long it needs to be requested at least a week prior.
We encourage all parents to sign up their child for Independent Study to excuse their child’s absence and so the school receives credit. IS Packet requests will be accepted starting 8/21/2023
