I believe that the more school and family are joined as partners, the greater the children’s chances are for success.
I believe that it is important to be fair and consistent. Fair does not mean equal.
I believe in creating a task-oriented and predictable environment.
I believe that classroom management is of utmost importance to the learning process.
I believe that lessons should be based on the ideas, needs, interests, and questions of my students.
I believe in praising my students for their efforts!
I believe that learning should be enjoyable, rewarding, and meaningful.
I believe that it is important to model how to negotiate and problem solve.
I believe in creating lifelong learners.
I believe that is important that students know that it is okay to make mistakes.
